NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New Mountain Finance Corporation (the “Company”) (NYSE:NMFC) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of $50.0 million in aggregate principal amount of its 5.75% unsecured notes due 2023 (the “Notes”). In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters for the offering of the Notes a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $7.5 million in aggregate principal amount of the Notes. The closing of the offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to take place on September 25, 2018. The Notes will mature on October 1, 2023 and may be redeemed in whole or in part at any time, or from time to time, at the Company’s option on or after October 1, 2020. Interest on the Notes will be payable quarterly in arrears on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1, commencing on January 1, 2019. The Notes are expected to be listed, and
