Earnings per common unit were $1.90 for the quarter and $5.62 for the nine-month period. For the past five years, it seems that we have been addressing constant change in our operating environment driven by geopolitical and other events. Yet, we have remained laser-focused on our business, modernizing our fleet. As you can see on Slide three, our fleet has an average age of 9.7 years compared to an industry average of 13.5 years for our three segments. Our reinvestment program puts us in a fortunate position of having a fleet that is almost 30% younger than the average and almost half when you look at our tanker fleet.
