Navios Maritime Partners: Prepare For The Cash Flow Surge Summary Navios Maritime Partners (NMM) is a limited partnership focused on dry bulk shipping along with 5 containerships on lucrative fixed contracts. The stock has been heavily beaten down due to distrust surrounding the beleaguered parent Navios Maritime (NM). A recent transaction at NM has moved the NMM general partner ("GP") to private hands and ensures operational stability regardless of what happens to NM. Dry bulk rates have been surging and are just shy of decade-highs. NMM is set to report a monster Q3-19 and could do even better into Q4. Meanwhile, the company still trades at over a 60% discount to NAV. NMM is my top position, looking for $35.00 current 'fair value', 94% upside.
