Including Partial Exercise of Over-Allotment Option Nano Dimension’s USA HQ, South Florida, April 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nano Dimension Ltd. (Nasdaq, TASE: NNDM), a leading Additively Manufactured Electronics (AME)/PE (Printed Electronics) provider, today announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 17,858,000 American Depositary Shares (the “ADSs”), or pre-funded ADS purchase warrants, each to purchase one ADS (the “Pre-Funded Warrants”) in lieu thereof. Additionally, 1,204,114 ADSs were sold pursuant to a partial exercise of the underwriter’s over-allotment option. Each ADS was sold to the public at a price per ADS of $0.70. Each Pre-Funded Warrant was sold to the public at a price per Pre-Funded Warrant of $0.6999, exercisable at any time after the date of issuance upon payment of the exercise price of $0.0001 per ADS.
