MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (NYSE: NOG) (the “Company” or “NOG”) announced today that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 7,207,208 shares of its common stock (the “Offering”). The Company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,081,081 shares from the Company. The Offering is expected to close on March 13, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes, which will include the repayment of a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility.BofA Securities is acting as the sole book-running manager for the Offering.
