MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (NYSE: NOG) (“NOG” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock. The Company is also providing Management’s recommendations for 2026.DIVIDEND DECLARATIONNOG’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.45 per share, representing the same level from the prior year’s dividend and the same level as the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 30, 2026.FUTURE DIVIDEND PLANSManagement has recommended to the Board of Directors to maintain the common stock dividend at $0.45 per share per quarter for calendar year 2026, in step with the Company’s policy of reviewing its dividend plans no later than the first quarter of each calendar year.
