Psoriasis is an Immune-mediated inflammatory disease that causes keratinocyte hyperproliferation and inflammation. The typical presentation is well-demarcated erythematous plaques with silvery scale on extensor surfaces, scalp, sacral area, nails (pitting, onycholysis).
