SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NerdWallet, Inc. (Nasdaq: NRDS), which provides trustworthy financial guidance to consumers and small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized an additional $50 million for the Company’s share repurchase program to repurchase its Class A common stock.With this increase, the Company’s total repurchase authorization now amounts to up to $125 million of Class A common stock, which may be repurchased from time to time as market conditions warrant.Repurchases may be made in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions, or otherwise in accordance with applicable securities laws and requirements. The timing and amount of any repurchases will be determined at management’s discretion and will depend on various factors, including business, economic and market conditions, regulatory requirements, prevailing stock prices, and other considerations.
