PHILADELPHIA, April 09, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--NRG Energy Inc., a Fortune 200 energy and smart home company, today announced a partnership with the Cobbs Creek Foundation to support the revitalization and transformation of the Cobbs Creek Golf & Education Campus and expand youth and community opportunity in West Philadelphia. The $500,000 investment from NRG and its smart home and security brand, Vivint, will support expanded programming while also advancing innovative approaches to more sustainable, efficient smart energy solutions. As part of this collaboration, the central gathering space within the Smilow Woodland TGR Learning Lab , operated by TGR Foundation, will be branded the "Vivint + NRG Hub," serving as a dedicated area for connection, collaboration, and student programming.
