Nissan North America has recalled about 2023-2025 Rogue vehicles over potential engine failure due to increased oil temperature and 2024-2025 Rogue vehicles because the electronic throttle body assembly may break, according to the corresponding National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recall reports. Some vehicles impacted by the latter recall may also be impacted by the former. Nissan estimates that less than 1% of the 2023-2025 Rogues are impacted by the recall, according to the NHTSA report . As of Feb. 11, the company received 690 warranty claims related to the issue. Nissan was not aware of any related accidents or injuries, as of Feb. 19, Nissan corporate spokesperson Andrea Turner told USA TODAY. Of the latter recall, which impacts 2024-2025 Rogues, Nissan estimates that 100% of the vehicles are affected, per the NHTSA report .
