A new report by Bloomberg states that Nintendo is reportedly cutting its production plans for the new console by a whopping 33% this quarter alone. This move follows a drastic and quite surprisingly lackluster holiday season in the US. While the console completely crushed sales during its initial launch cycle, sales seem to be hitting a wall in the West. Nintendo aimed to churn out 6 million units this quarter, but the target has allegedly changed to just 4 million as demand begins to slow.
