LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Nuvation Bio Inc. (“NUVB” or “the Company”) (NYSE: NUVB) for violations of the securities laws.The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Nuvation reported its Q4 and full year 2025 financial results on March 2, 2026. As part of an update on the commercial launch of its IBTROZI oncology therapy, the Company revealed that a significant portion of its early patient starts were in later-line treatment settings, and that 75% of its treatment discontinuations were part of these later-line patient populations. According to the Company, these discontinuations contributed to the gap between the number of patients starting IBTROZI and its net product revenue growth.
