The firm said Nvidia stands to benefit the most, with potential revenue gains of $7 billion to $12.5 billion in 2026 from limited GPU shipments to Chinese cloud and internet companies. AMD's upside is smaller. Analysts estimate $500 million to $800 million in additional sales, or about $0.10 to $0.20 in non-GAAP EPS, if orders from firms such as Alibaba are approved. Even with new approvals, Nvidia's China exposure remains modest compared with its U.S. data center business, which continues to drive most of its growth. Both chipmakers hold Strong Buy ratings from Wall Street, though analysts see slightly higher upside for Nvidia shares.
