No analysts follow NVE stock on Wall Street, so it's hard to say whether the company "beat" earnings. Objectively speaking, though, the news was pretty good. NVE reported $5.8 million in sales for the quarter, up 23% year over year. Earnings grew 11% to $0.70 per share, reversing a trend of declining sales and declining earnings in the first half of the fiscal year.
