After a week in which the shares fell 21%, the stock is on track for its steepest weekly drop since August, surpassing the more than 20% slide earlier this month that came after a dire sales forecast. The reversal effectively erases a roughly fivefold surge built over several years, compressing in less than two years what had once propelled Novo to become briefly Europe's most valuable company and placing renewed pressure on Chief Executive Officer Mike Doustdar to consider broadening the company's focus beyond diabetes and obesity.
