GLP-1 compounding loophole closure, FDA/DOJ scrutiny, and Novo Nordisk litigation have fundamentally altered HIMS' risk profile and profit pool. Core telehealth business shows healthy double-digit growth, but valuation multiples have reset as GLP-1 upside is no longer priced in. At $16, HIMS is cheap on sales metrics, but upside is capped pending regulatory clarity and proof of profit pool rebuild.
