RESTON, Va., Oct. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- NVR, Inc. (NYSE: NVR), one of the nation's largest homebuilding and mortgage banking companies, announced net income for its third quarter ended September 30, 2025 of $342.7 million, or $112.33 per diluted share. For the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, net income and diluted earnings per share decreased 20% and 14%, respectively, when compared to 2024 third quarter net income of $429.3 million, or $130.50 per diluted share. Consolidated revenues for the third quarter of 2025 totaled $2.61 billion, compared to $2.73 billion in the third quarter of 2024. For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, consolidated revenues were $7.61 billion, a 1% decrease from $7.68 billion reported for the same period of 2024.
