A total of 1 554 shareholders were present at the meeting held in Basel, representing approximately 59.15% of the issued shares of Novartis. With a dividend increase of 5.7% to CHF 3.70 per share, shareholders approved the 29 th consecutive increase, resulting in a dividend yield of 3.0%¹. Payment of the 2025 dividend
