Navitas extended its winning streak to a third straight day on Wednesday, jumping 24.88 percent to close at $10.84 apiece, following the unveiling of two new 5th generation semiconductor products which are aimed to address the needs of AI data centers. In a statement, Navitas Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ:NVTS) introduced the top-side cooled QDPAK and a low-profile TO-247-4L which it said set “a new industry benchmark” for power density and ruggedness.
