Year to date EPS of $0.92 per diluted share, 16% growth from the prior year Record quarterly total revenue of $180 million, 17% growth from the prior year COLUMBUS, Ohio Jan. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Northwest Bancshares, Inc., (the "Company"), (Nasdaq: NWBI) announced net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 of $46 million, or $0.31 per diluted share. This represents an increase of $13 million compared to the same quarter last year, when net income was $33 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, and an increase of $43 million compared to the prior quarter, when net income was $3 million, or $0.02 per diluted share. The annualized returns on average shareholders' equity and average assets for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 were 9.70% and 1.10% compared to 8.20% and 0.91% for the same quarter last year and 0.69% and 0.08% from the prior quarter.
