Schosser take you through the specifics of our first quarter performance, but first, I want to reflect on the growing momentum and continuing transformation at Northwest Bancshares, Inc., and how our achievements in the first quarter have positioned us for continued growth in 2026. On slide 4, you can see some of the financial highlights of the first quarter 2026. We delivered $51 million in net income for the first quarter, a record in the company's history, resulting in more than 16% year-over-year net income growth.
