Wayne Bank and Presence Bank will continue to operate separately under their current names until April 13, bank officials said. The combined company will have approximately $2.9 billion in assets and 33 office locations, officials said. Wayne Bank operates from 15 offices throughout Northeast Pennsylvania and 12 offices in the Southern Tier of New York. Wayne has branches in Scranton, Clarks Summit, Forty Fort and Exeter. Presence Bank, founded in 1919, operates four banking offices and one loan production office throughout Chester, Lancaster and Dauphin counties. “We are pleased to welcome PB Bankshares' shareholders, customers and employees to our Norwood family,” Norwood President and CEO James O.
