The bank is expanding into specialized banking for high-growth startups and scale-ups through a new unit called NatWest Venture Banking, set to launch in April 2026. ?The Head of Venture & Growth Finance is a key leadership role to enhance the bank's ability to provide venture debt and tailored financial support.
