TV personality and investor Marcus Lemonis has cut the asking price of his townhouse on New York's Upper East Side by $10 million. The five-story home, which has five bedrooms, is now on the market for $24.5 million, a significant drop from its original $35 million asking price last year, according to the New York Post Lemonis and his wife, Roberta "Bobbi" Fenchel, purchased the property for $18 million in 2021. Lemonis, known for his role on the Fox reality series "The Profit" and now starring in the network's "The Fixer," told the Post that the aggressive price cut needs to be more competitive, especially with a new mayor and winter approaching.
