to announce it has engaged Senergy Communications Inc. (“ Senergy ”) (address: 228-1122 Mainland Street Vancouver, BC, V6B 5L1; email: Info@senergy.capital) to provide marketing services for an anticipated period of 90 days, or until budget exhaustion, commencing on April 6, 2026, and provided that the term of the marketing services may be extended or shortened at the discretion of management. Senergy will, as appropriate, provide digital marketing and advertising services, including the creation and management of campaigns, ad groups, and keyword optimization, influencer and newsletter marketing initiatives, native advertising, development of landing pages for targeted campaigns, and coordination and management of media programs and online marketing partners to support and bring attention to the business of the Company.
