Governments in North America and Europe are openly discussing the expansion of nuclear energy, while supply concerns continue to hover over the market. The result has been renewed investor focus on explorers and developers capable of uncovering the next major source of fuel for the nuclear renaissance. Shares of ATHA Energy Corp. TSX-Venture: SASK OTCQB: SASKF are climbing Tuesday after the company reported what it calls its best exploration hole to date at the Angilak Uranium Project in Nunavut, Canada. The results mark a major new discovery along the Mineralized RIB Corridor (“MRC”) and add to a growing pipeline of uranium zones being defined across the property. ATHA said that maiden drillhole RIBN-DD-001 at the new RIB North discovery intersected 26.3 metres of composite uranium mineralization, including 1.9 metres of high-grade zones.
