NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Strategic Investment Co. (NYSE: NYC) (“ASIC” or the “Company”) announced today that the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) has accepted the Company’s business plan to regain compliance with the continued listing standards set forth in Section 802.01B of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.“We are pleased that the NYSE has accepted our plan to regain compliance with its continued listing standards,” said Nicholas Schorsch, Jr., the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. “With the support of our board of directors, we remain focused on executing on our organizational strategy to deliver value for our shareholders.”As previously disclosed, on August 26, 2025, the Company received a notice from NYSE that the Company was not in compliance with NYSE listing standard 802.01B because at such time the Company’s average global market capitalization over a consecutive 30 trading-day period was less than $50,000,000 and its stockholders’ equity as of June 30, 2025 was
