As organizations strive to devise hybrid work arrangements, new suggests that young men benefit more from in-office presence than their female counterparts. The 1000 knowledge workers and found that a third were in the office five days a week, another third were in the office three or four days per week, and the final third only went to the office two or fewer days per week. Like previous findings, the survey revealed that employees of all levels, ages, and genders prefer hybrid work. Most employees said hybrid work helped them balance their professional duties with their personal commitments (79%) and enhanced their quality of life (73%).
