Oasis Petroleum: A Look At Its 2019 Situation Summary Oasis Petroleum is aiming for relatively flat production growth compared to Q4 2018, as it working on reducing its net debt. Its leverage is a little higher than ideal, but it should be able to continue deleveraging in a $55-60 oil environment. Oasis also retains some midstream assets that it can further monetise.
