OBE used the proceeds to redeem its CAD$80.8 million in 11.95% unsecured notes due Jul 2027 and pay down most of its credit facility debt. Interest costs are largely unchanged overall, while OBE's next note maturity has been pushed out 3.5 years. OBE had no 2026 oil hedges at last report, so it may potentially have some cash burn in 2026 depending on its capex plans.
