RUSTON, La., Jan. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Origin Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: OBK) (“Origin,” “we,” “our” or the “Company”), the holding company for Origin Bank (the “Bank”), today announced net income of $29.5 million, or $0.95 diluted earnings per share (“EPS”) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared to net income of $8.6 million, or $0.27 diluted EPS, for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Pre-tax, pre-provision (“PTPP”)(1) earnings were $40.6 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared to $47.8 million for the linked quarter. Net income for the year ended December 31, 2025, was $75.2 million, or $2.40 diluted EPS, representing a decrease of $0.05, or 2.0%, from diluted EPS of $2.45 for the year ended December 31, 2024.
