LOS ANGELES, CA, May 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oaktree Strategic Income Corporation (NASDAQ:OCSI) (“Oaktree Strategic Income” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) has recommended that stockholders approve a proposal to reduce the asset coverage requirements applicable to the Company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, from 200% to 150%. The Company expects to hold a Special Meeting of Stockholders (“Special Meeting”) in July 2018 to vote on this proposal. In addition, the Board approved the application of the modified asset coverage requirements to be effective one year after such Board approval and, as a result, the Company’s asset coverage requirements for senior securities will be reduced from 200% to 150%, effective May 3, 2019.
