(NYSE: ODV, TSXV: ODV) ("Osisko Development" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with National Bank Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets and Cantor, as co-lead underwriters and co-bookrunners, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters (collectively, the "Underwriters"), pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a "bought deal" basis, 35,311,000 common shares of the Company (each, a "Share"), at a price of US$3.54 per Share (the "Offering Price"), for gross proceeds of US$125,000,940 (the "Base Offering"). The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to fund infill conversion drilling and at depth exploration at the Cariboo Gold Project and for general working capital
