(NASDAQ: OGI) (TSX: OGI), (the “Company” or “Organigram”), a leading global cannabis company, today announced that it has entered into a subscription agreement (the “Subscription Agreement”) with BT DE Investments Inc. ( “BAT”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of British American Tobacco p.l.c.
