(“Organigram” or the “Company”) (TSX: OGI) (NASDAQ: OGI), the parent company of Organigram Inc., a leading Canadian producer of cannabis, is pleased to announce that James Yamanaka, formerly Global Head of Strategy for British American Tobacco, has been appointed the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Yamanaka is expected to assume the role effective on or about January 15, 2026.
