offering to raise roughly C$25M in gross proceeds as part of an agreement with a group of underwriters. Common shares and common share purchase warrants of the company are expected to comprise the stock issuance, named as an overnight marketed public offering, Toronto-based Organigram ( OGI ) said. The offering will follow an underwriting agreement between the company and a group of underwriters led by ATB Securities. Its terms, including price and size, will be determined at the time of a definitive agreement between the parties. The underwriters can purchase up to an additional 15% of the offering as part of a 30-day over-allotment option that could be exercisable at the offering price. The offering is expected to close on April 2, 2024, and Organigram ( OGI ) intends to use its net proceeds to fund growth programs and general corporate purposes.
