NEW YORK, Sept. 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OHA Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: OHAI) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly distribution of $0.02 per share. Quarterly Distribution DeclarationThe quarterly distribution in the amount of $0.02 per common share will be paid October 9, 2019 to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2019. Distributions are paid from taxable earnings and may include a return of capital and/or capital gains. The amount of distributable income for each quarter depends on the aggregate gains and losses realized by the Company during the entire year. Distributions may consist of net investment income, capital gains and return of capital, but the character of these distributions cannot be determined with certainty until after the end of the Company’s fiscal year. The specific tax characteristics of distributions paid during calendar 2019 will be reported to each stockholder on Form 1099-DIV after the end
