HUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE:OHI) announced today that it will redeem all of the outstanding $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.250% Senior Notes due 2026, on October 15, 2025. Pursuant to the terms of the indenture governing the notes, Omega will redeem the outstanding notes at a redemption price of 100% of their principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the redemption date.On September 15, 2025, a copy of the irrevocable notice of redemption with respect to the outstanding notes was mailed to record holders of the notes by U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, the trustee under the indenture governing the notes.This press release does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security and shall not constitute an offer, solicitation or sale in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful.Omega is a real estate investmen
