Year-end 2025 net debt comparable to year-end 2024 CLAYTON, Mo. Jan. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Olin Corporation (NYSE: OLN) announced financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025. Fourth quarter 2025 reported net loss was ($85.7) million, or ($0.75) per diluted share, which compares to fourth quarter 2024 reported net income of $10.7 million, or $0.09 per diluted share. Fourth quarter 2025 adjusted EBITDA of $67.7 million excludes depreciation and amortization expense of $125.7 million and restructuring charges of $19.1 million. Fourth quarter 2024 adjusted EBITDA was $193.4 million. Sales in the fourth quarter 2025 were $1,665.1 million, compared to $1,671.3 million in the fourth quarter 2024. Full year 2025 reported net loss was ($42.8) million, or ($0.37) per diluted share, which compares to full year 2024 reported net income of $108.6 million, or $0.91 per diluted share.
