(NYSE: OLP), a real estate investment trust focused on the ownership of industrial properties, today announced operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. “Our portfolio transformation towards industrial properties continues, with approximately 80% of our ABR generated from this sector at quarter end,” stated Patrick J. Callan, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of One Liberty. “With approximately $189 million of acquisitions completed and to be completed in 2025, we have meaningfully scaled our industrial platform through the recycling of capital from non-core asset sales.
