Meeting Scheduled for May 20, 2019 NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- One Madison Corporation (NYSE:OMAD, OMAD.U, OMAD.WS) (“One Madison”) announced today that it will hold its extraordinary general meeting in lieu of annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Extraordinary General Meeting”) on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time to approve, among other things, the previously announced business combination with Rack Holdings Inc. and Ranpak Corp. (collectively, “Ranpak”). The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at the offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, at 450 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York 10017. Shareholders of record as of May 6, 2019 will be entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting.
