WILMINGTON, Del., Sept. 15, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Onfolio Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ONFO, ONFOW) (OTC: ONFOP) (the "Company" or "Onfolio"), a company that acquires and manages a diversified portfolio of online businesses, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share on the outstanding shares of the Company's series A preferred stock. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 25, 2025. The Company has been paying quarterly dividends on its Series A Preferred Shares every quarter since January 2020.
