WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 11, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Onfolio Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ONFO, ONFOW) (OTC: ONFOP) (the "Company" or "Onfolio"), a pioneer in pairing operating profits from digital businesses with the upside and staking yield from digital assets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share on the outstanding shares of the Company's series A preferred stock. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 22, 2025.
