ONL reported lower Core FFO Y/Y, although Core FFO did increase Q/Q. The REIT also made progress on asset disposals. The company increased its full-year outlook, although it still entails a slowdown in Core FFO generation in Q3-Q4 2025. ONL stock remains attractively valued on a Core FFO/market-implied cap rate basis, with Core FFO likely to bottom out in 2026.
