SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ooma, Inc. (NYSE: OOMA), a provider of advanced communications services for businesses and consumers, today released financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and year ended January 31, 2026.Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2026 Financial Highlights:Revenue: Total revenue was $74.6 million, up 15% year-over-year. Subscription and services revenue increased to $68.7 million from $60.6 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, and was 92% of total revenue, primarily driven by the growth of Ooma Business. The December 2025 acquisitions of FluentStream and Phone.com, on a combined basis, contributed revenue of $6.1 million to the fourth quarter fiscal 2026, including $6.0 million of business subscription revenue.Net Income/Loss: GAAP net income was $4.0 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, compared to GAAP net loss of $0.3 million, or $0.01 per basic and diluted share, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025.
