TEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Offerpad Solutions Inc. ("Offerpad") (NYSE: OPAD), a leading tech-enabled platform for residential real estate, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock in a registered direct offering at a purchase price of $1.80 per share (the “Offering”).The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about January 13, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
