Q4'25 results were mixed: revenue grew 17% YoY, but elevated net charge-offs pressured earnings; management still guided for solid 9-14% YoY growth in revenue and adjusted net income for 2026. While the deep-subprime loan book remains highly sensitive to economic softening, current valuations appear to price in a pessimistic scenario, making the shares attractive for risk-tolerant investors. I am maintaining a Hold rating but would not mind initiating a small long position at current levels, with modest position sizing given the inherent volatility.
