(Nasdaq: OPGN, “OpGen”), a precision medicine company harnessing the power of molecular diagnostics and informatics to help combat infectious disease, announced today that total revenue for the first quarter of 2020 was approximately $617,000 down from $1.0 million in the first quarter of 2019, excluding revenues from the Curetis businesses, which was acquired upon closing of the business combination on April 1, 2020. Cash as of March 31, 2020 was approximately $11.5 million, up significantly from the $2.7 million as of December 31, 2019.
