Fort Lauderdale, FL, Nov. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OptimumBank Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: OPHC) (the “Company”) is a one-bank holding company and owns 100% of OptimumBank (the “Bank”). The Company is pleased to announce net earnings of $4.32 million, or $0.37 per basic share, and $0.18 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2025. This compares to net earnings of $3.60 million, or $0.31 per basic share, and $0.15 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2025, and $3.30 million net earnings, or $0.34 per basic share, and $0.15 per diluted share, for the comparable quarter last year. For the nine-month period ended September 30, 2025, net earnings was $11.80 million, or $1.00 per basic share, and $0.50 per diluted share, compared to net earnings of $9.17 million, or $1.02 per basic share, and $0.45 per diluted share, for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2024.
