Inc. ("Oppenheimer"), a leading investment bank and wealth manager, today announced that James Keckler has joined the firm as Managing Director within its Industrials Investment Banking Team. Based in Los Angeles, he will report to Geoffrey Warren and David Hartzell, Co-Heads of the Industrials Investment Banking Group. Mr. Keckler brings a career spanning more than 25 years in the Industrials sector, advising corporate clients and financial sponsors on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and fairness opinions. He will cover companies such as engineering firms, specialty construction and maintenance providers, heavy materials producers and manufacturers, and distributors of infrastructure products.
